About the Opportunity
Syntel Corporation is seeking driven and analytically minded graduates to join our team as Business Analyst Interns. This is a hands-on, 3-month opportunity for self-starters who can hit the ground running, contributing to real business outcomes from day one with minimal supervision. You will work across both business development and business analysis functions, gaining meaningful industry exposure while making a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Support business development initiatives, including market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.
- Analyse business processes, document requirements, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work independently across concurrent projects, taking ownership and demonstrating initiative throughout.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed Australian Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with data, systems, and digital tools in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen — ability to connect technical findings to commercial outcomes.
- Self-directed work style; able to manage tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for business development.
